Welcome to PAK67 (“PAK67,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of pak67vip.com (the “Site”) and the PAK67 mobile application and related services (collectively, the “Services”). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

1) Eligibility

  • You must be 18 years or older and legally permitted to use real-money gaming services under the laws of your jurisdiction.
  • You are responsible for ensuring that your access to the Services is lawful in your location. We may restrict access based on geolocation, regulatory requirements, risk, or compliance considerations.

2) Account Registration & Verification

  • You must create an account with accurate, current information. One account per person is permitted.
  • We may require KYC/AML verification (e.g., ID, selfie, address) before deposits, bonuses, or withdrawals.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any suspected unauthorized access.

3) Deposits, Withdrawals & Wallet

  • Deposits and withdrawals are processed by approved payment partners. Processing times and limits vary by method and verification status.
  • We may request additional checks before approving a withdrawal.
  • Fees (if any), minimums/maximums, and processing windows are shown in-app or on the Site and may change from time to time.
  • We may freeze, delay, or reverse transactions if we suspect fraud, chargebacks, abuse, or legal non-compliance.

4) Bonuses, Promotions & Rewards

  • Promotions (including welcome offers, daily missions, seasonal events) have specific rules and eligibility conditions stated in-app or on the Site.
  • Unless stated otherwise, bonuses are non-transferable, may include wagering or playthrough requirements, and may expire.
  • We may withhold, cancel, or adjust bonuses where we detect bonus abuse, multi-accounting, collusion, or other prohibited conduct.
  • PAK67 may modify or end promotions at any time. The most recent terms displayed with each promotion govern.

5) Invite-and-Earn (Referral) Program

  • Referral rewards are calculated per the current program rules shown in-app.
  • Using fake accounts, VPN masking to bypass restrictions, self-referrals, or any attempt to manipulate referral activity is prohibited and may result in account closure and forfeiture of rewards.
  • We may audit referral activity and adjust or withhold rewards to address errors, fraud, or abuse.

6) Games & Fair Play

  • Game content includes slots, card games, fishing, lottery, and sports. Each category may have additional rules or odds/volatility notes where applicable.
  • Fair play is mandatory: no bots, scripts, multi-account collusion, chip dumping, match-fixing, data scraping, or reverse engineering.
  • We may suspend games, void wagers, or adjust balances in case of system errors, palpable mistakes, or suspected manipulation.

7) Responsible Gaming

  • PAK67 provides limits, reminders, and self-exclusion tools. You can set deposit/play limits or request temporary/permanent exclusion.
  • If you feel your gaming is becoming problematic, stop using the Services and seek help. We may apply cool-offs or other measures where warranted.

8) Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use the Services where prohibited by law or for unlawful purposes.
  • Create multiple accounts, impersonate others, or misrepresent information.
  • Engage in fraud, money laundering, bonus abuse, or collusion.
  • Interfere with security features, attempt to access others’ accounts, or reverse engineer any part of the Services.
  • Upload or transmit harmful code, spam, or content that is unlawful, defamatory, obscene, or infringing.
  • Copy, distribute, or exploit any part of the Services except as expressly allowed by these Terms.

9) Compliance, Reviews & Enforcement

  • We may conduct risk reviews and request information to comply with AML/CFT and other regulatory obligations.
  • We may suspend, limit, or terminate accounts, void bonuses, or freeze balances if we suspect breach of these Terms or legal requirements.
  • We may report suspicious activity to competent authorities.

10) Intellectual Property

  • The Services, including text, graphics, logos, software, and game assets, are protected by intellectual property laws.
  • You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to use the Services for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.
  • You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, or create derivative works from the Services without written permission.

11) User Content & Feedback

  • If you submit content (e.g., reviews, feedback), you grant PAK67 a worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable license to use, reproduce, adapt, publish, and display such content to operate and improve the Services.
  • Do not submit content that violates rights of others or applicable laws. We may remove content at our discretion.

12) Availability & Updates

  • We do not guarantee that the Services will be uninterrupted or error-free. Maintenance, upgrades, outages, or third-party failures may affect availability.
  • Features may change or be discontinued; versions may differ by device or region.

13) Disclaimers

  • The Services are provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
  • We do not promise that outcomes, odds, or returns will meet your expectations. You may lose money when participating in real-money games.

14) Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PAK67, its affiliates, and providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenues, data, or goodwill, arising from or related to your use of the Services. Our aggregate liability for direct damages will not exceed the greater of (a) amounts you paid to us in the three (3) months preceding the claim, or (b) USD 100 (or equivalent).

15) Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless PAK67, its affiliates, officers, employees, and partners from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to: (i) your use of the Services, (ii) your breach of these Terms, or (iii) your violation of any law or third-party rights.

16) Dormant & Closed Accounts

  • If your account is inactive for a period specified in-app or on the Site, it may be deemed dormant. Dormant balances may be subject to administrative handling per applicable law.
  • We may close accounts with zero balances that remain inactive beyond a reasonable period.

17) Taxes

You are responsible for any taxes that may apply to your winnings or use of the Services. We may withhold amounts where required by law.

18) Third-Party Links & Services

The Services may link to third-party sites or integrate third-party tools. We are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices. Your use of third-party services is at your own risk and subject to their terms.

19) Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last Updated” date indicates the latest revision. Material changes will be posted on the Site or communicated by reasonable means. Your continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance.

20) Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate access at any time with or without notice for reasons including suspected violation of these Terms, legal requirements, security issues, or fraud. You may terminate by closing your account and stopping use of the Services. Certain provisions (e.g., IP, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnity) survive termination.

21) Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, without regard to conflict of laws principles.
  • You agree to first contact us to attempt to resolve any dispute informally. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to the courts of Pakistan (venue as reasonably designated by PAK67), unless a different forum is required by mandatory local law.
  • Nothing prevents either party from seeking injunctive or equitable relief for unauthorized use or IP infringement.

22) Miscellaneous

  • Entire Agreement: These Terms, along with the Privacy Policy and any promotion-specific terms, form the entire agreement between you and PAK67.
  • Severability: If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect.
  • No Waiver: Failure to enforce any right is not a waiver of that right.
  • Assignment: You may not assign these Terms without our written consent. We may assign or transfer our rights and obligations at any time.
  • Force Majeure: We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control (e.g., outages, natural disasters, war, regulatory actions).
